Raymond Cote - Village Copier Service LLC - At the urgings of many of the customers Raymond Cote serviced in his capacity as a Technical Specialist and Field Service Supervisor, he founded Village Copier Service in September 2000 so that he could provide superior multi-product maintenance.  As a result of having a strong Technical background in Xerox Systems, Village Copier Service will continue its policy of addressing the evolving needs of their client base, offering their clients top-notch service, which is unsurpassed in the industry.

Village Copier Service began in September 2000, with a simple concept: Supply customers of high-speed copiers and printers with dependable service consistent with high integrity and honesty.

They are pleased to report that their customers have valued their mission and the company has grown accordingly.  Many of their customers initially heard about Village Copier Service from one of their current customers.  They take our mission seriously, stand behind their products and services, provide exceptional value that organizations expect and do it in a way that promotes customer referrals.

Village Copier Service estimates 25% in annual savings, under the punull service maintenance agreement.  They believe the two basic ingredients in providing top-notch service are People and Parts.  Their senior Field Service Engineer, Raymond Cote, has 30 years experience with Xerox Copiers and printers.  He believes the maintenance of an adequate on-site inventory is paramount and, accordingly, their on-site inventory will be constantly surveyed and revised as necessary with Xerox as their future supplier of machine parts, tool and fields retrofit for the for seeable future.

Raymond Cote's career started with Xerox in 1970 as Technical Representative servicing the Xerox 2400 family.  In 1982 Xerox introduced the 5090 high- speed copier.  Shortly after that the Docutech 135 printer was introduced and the rest is history.  In 1990 Ray was instrumental in starting the night service team in New York City District where he held the position of Customer Field engineer until he retired in March of 2000.  Ray has also been crossed trained on the following products: 5090, 5390, 5690, 1090, 5100, 5800 and the following High-speed printers: Docutech 135, 6180, 4135, 6135, 4050, 4090.
