ACM also offers an extensive line of genuine OEM supplies and parts for Brother, Canon, Copystar, Hewlett-Packard, Konica Minolta, Kyocera Mita, Lanier, Ricoh, Samsung, Xerox, Sharp and Panasonic.  Compatible toner is offered for Brother, Canon, Lanier, Panasonic, Ricoh, Sharp and Xerox copiers.  Compatible toner cartridges are available for Canon, Lanier, Hewlett-Packard, Sharp, Brother and Samsung.

Manufacturing Processes

ACM invests millions of dollars in infrastructure, research and development and support to ensure their products are manufactured to deliver consistent quality and performance. Providing consistent quality products to their customers is a priority. ACM maintains sophisticated testing laboratories and highly qualified engineering personnel to apply state-of-the-art quality control and assurance procedures to our manufacturing processes. Company History

ACM was founded by Stan Lin in 1989 in Yorba Linda, California.  A lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Lin had established the Evergreen Corporation (a distributor of copiers and supplies) in Taiwan in 1975.  Since then, Evergreen has attained major market share and is now ranked No. 1 in Taiwan.  The persistent effort of Stan Lin has brought business growth and global expansion, including the start of ACM in the U.S. in 1989.  

A privately held company, ACM’s original focus was on the distribution of copier supplies in the United States.  ACM now has expanded their targeted markets and business channels to serve the global business equipment industry as both a distributor and as a manufacturer.  ACM Technologies has grown from their local beginnings into a world-class distribution and manufacturer - providing a wide range of OEM and aftermarket supplies and parts.  Stan continues to be involved in the day-to-day operations of ACM both domestically and internationally.

Konica Minolta Copiers

Today, ACM has 98,000 square feet corporate headquarters located in Corona California which includes a 78,000 square feet distribution center.  An additional 40,000 square feet of warehouse and sales space is located in their US branch offices in Illinois, Massachusetts, Georgia and Texas.  ACM has also a significant international presence, including 10 international locations outside the USA.  These include strategically located manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and sales offices to support their global marketplace.

Ordering Process

Opening an account at ACM requires a current resellers permit and completion of a credit application.  The application process can be completed online, by fax, by mail or by telephone.  The turnaround time, to open a new account is typically less than two days.  Once an account is opened, customers can begin to place orders with ACM by calling their Account Executive, faxing, email, instant messaging, or by placing an order through ACM’s ecommerce website. 

The ACM online eCatalog provides 24/7 instant access to their extensive online commerce and information site.  Through the eCatalog, ACM’s business partners check pricing and availability, place orders, track shipping status, check order history, as well as access the OEM parts and technical manuals. 

Within North America, telephone support and account executive aided ordering information is available 8 AM Eastern Time to 5 PM Pacific Time.  Orders can be placed as late as for 4:30 PM Pacific Time for same-day shipping.  Blind drop shipping is available at no additional cost.  Items may be ordered and tracked online 24/7.
