“Our quality can compete equally with any remanufacturing company.  Our production crew is headed by 2 expert laser cartridge veterans with a combined 18 years of hands-on experience of remanufacturing toner cartridges.  Additionally, through the partnership of Benny Adeva’s ABD Office Machines, the knowledge and support of the ABD certified Xerox, HP, Brother and Canon copier and printer technical engineers enable TKH to obtain consistent quality and technical backup.  The results are high quality toner cartridges that you can trust.”

Keith continues to explain TKH’s manufacturing philosophy.  “With each technician taking ownership of the quality of the laser units they produce, we build cartridges other companies do not offer.  Our experienced purchasing department obtains high-quality color toner and other needed components for proper remanufacturing.  This enables our skilled staff to manufacture almost any cartridge you need.  We urge you to always give TKH a call to inquire about any needed cartridge.”

Through an in depth analysis, we created a table and compared domestic production to imported product costs.  We understand labor from China is much cheaper.  However, the cost involved for Chinese marketers to import and export empties and raw materials is much higher than what TKH has been able to negotiate domestically.”

Early this year, Joe Montagnino joined TKH in a newly created position of General Manager.  TKH’s continuous growth required a proven expert to manage their manufacturing process.  Joe has earned the Six Sigma Certification and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.   His commitment to total quality manufacturing includes exceptional consistency, efficient production standards and logics superiority.  Through the use of statistical process control, variations are minimized, increasing productivity and the overall quality of each manufactured product.  Each of TKH production workers are dedicated to creating total customer satisfaction by following the standards Joe Montagnino represents.

Joe explains, “I am committed to creating a manufacturing atmosphere that will consistently provide a wide range of color and
