Mr. Hu started his business in a small 800 square foot warehouse. “We develop parts for the service industry,” stated Henry. “We see no limits to our selling segment. The OEMs continue to come out with new machines. Once the warranty expires, customers begin looking for a new supplier of parts at an affordable cost. It doesn’t matter whether it is an individual or a large contract customer; we are there to provide what they need.”

The strength of the NuPro products is their ability to react quickly to the needs of the aftermarket. “We specialize in the ability to quickly re-design the needed material and components to maximize the value of our individual parts and complete assemblies.” Explains President Hu. “Our goal is to create totally new products that actually work better than the original components. We have an advantage over our competitors because we engineer and manufacture the parts we sell. Because of our overseas factory, we are able to develop the correct compounds for the parts in a shorter time and at a reasonable cost. We do not copy what is out there but create our products based on our own specs.”

With his electronic engineering background, owner Henry Hu is an intricate part of the creative processes. NuPro has engineers who specialize in mechanics, chemicals, materials and electronics, working to create components and assemblies that equal or exceed OEM specifications.

Each photo includes all of the additional components that are included in the maintenance kit. Additionally, each pictured assembly lists the NuPro part number, the cross referenced OEM part number and the makes and models of compatibility. Each picture enables the tech, ordering clerk or enduser to easily choose the correct item to order. The identification and ordering process is extremely user friendly. Additionally NuPro’s custom designed Web site enables their customers, anywhere in the world, to check inventory, place orders and track the delivery.
